Hello, and welcome to my site. I am Attorney Jeffrey J. Randa. I concentrate exclusively in Bankruptcy Cases, Criminal Cases, including Traffic Stop and Drunk Driving Cases, and License Restorations. I have provided a “quick start” guide for each of my practice areas, followed by a link or links for a more detailed discussion.

I am told, and really like to believe, that my office is different from those of other lawyers. My staff and I are friendly, honest, outgoing, and never stuffy or overly formal. We understand that you’re going through a tough time, but no matter how bad it may seem, we can help you find a reason to smile.

I know what real people go through on a day-to-day basis, and I know how an unfortunate circumstance can affect a person’s life. From the moment you pick up the phone and call my office, we’ll make sure that your experience with us is pleasant and informal, even though your business may be serious.

Let me start things off differently by promising NOT to do the top five things that many lawyers do which can drive you crazy:

  1. Give you a little bit of scary information then prompt you to “call now.”

Please use the resources on this site to learn what you can and the links to learn more. Feel free to call my office if you have any questions about Bankruptcy, Criminal Charges, Drunk Driving and Traffic Stop Cases, or getting your Driver’s License Restored.

  2. Bore you with self-praise about my commitment to be “aggressive,” “dedicated,” “vigorous” or whatever.
  3. I promise to be fair, honest, friendly, and to achieve the best result humanly and legally possible, with no gimmicks, tricks, or high-pressure tactics. Instead, I will speak plainly and honestly, and so will my staff. Your phone call will always be answered by a friendly person, ready to answer your questions.

  4. Use the “appointment” trick to hook you into the office.
  5. My initial consultations are done right over the phone, during regular business hours. I don’t use an office consultation as a first chance to get you into the “client chair.” I respect your time as much as mine, and appreciate the convenience of doing it over the phone.

  6. Be elusive about the price.
  7. I list my prices right here, on this site. Sure, there are variations from case to case, but I cover that in my pricing by listing a range of fees, from low to high, within which all cases in that practice area will fall. I try to provide the best prices possible, without cutting corners. After nearly 20 years, I know what it takes to properly handle a case and what to charge for it, and that almost always puts me somewhere in the middle of the range of prices you are likely to find.

  8. Pass your case off to the “younger associate.”
  9. I am the only lawyer in my office. When you hire me, you get me, period! My staff helps out extensively with bankruptcy case preparation and things like scheduling, but I do all the legal work.

My telephones are always answered by really friendly people. That’s not just some slogan, but a way of doing business that makes my office different. When you call, we’ll probably ask you some questions to help determine your situation, and be ready to help you right then and there. No matter who else you do or don’t call, I know you’ll be glad you called me, too. My commitment to my clients is always to produce the best outcome humanly and legally possible. No lawyer can ever do more, and I’ll never do less.
