What’s the big secret, anyway? Personally, I never deal with anyone who cannot give me a price up front. I wonder what they must be hiding. After nearly 20 years of handling the types of cases I do, I know exactly what it takes to do the best job possible, without cutting corners, without doing unnecessary work and without any "hidden costs."<br><br></li><li><b> <i>I do not use worn-out descriptions like "aggressive" or "vigorous."</i></b><br><br>Instead, I promise that both my staff and I will be honest, fair, and friendly. We will speak to you plainly and answer your questions clearly. We will never use any gimmicks or high-pressure tactics when we speak to you. We’ll usually have a few questions to help us figure out your exact situation, and then be ready to answer your questions right then and there. We’ll make sure you see how different my office is right from the start, and that you’ll be glad you called.<br><br></li><li><b><i>I do not use the "appointment trick" to hook you into the office.</i></b><br><br>My initial consultations are free, and done right over the phone, during regular business hours. I won’t do business with anyone who can’t at least give me a little bit of information and answer my questions when I first call, and I don’t expect you to be any different.
