Bankruptcy:

Standard Chapter 7 Bankruptcy:

$901 Legal Fee, plus $299 Bankruptcy Court Filing Fee, for $1200 total. 

There is a $50 discount if the whole fee is paid up front (for a total of $1150).

Otherwise, we require $100 down at the first Office Appointment, with payments of  $185 per month, for the next 6 months.

Criminal Cases:

Felony Cases: $3400 to $4800, depending on the Charges and the Court.

Misdemeanor Cases (except those listed below): $1200 to $2600, depending on the Charges and the Court.

Driving While License Suspended, First or other Offense: $1200 to $2200.

Possession of Marijuana, First or other Offense: $1200 to $2200.

Probation Violations:  $1000 to $2000.

Expungements:  $1000 to $1200.

Misdemeanor Traffic Violations (excluding DUI and DWLS): $1200 to $2200.

Civil Infraction Traffic Offenses: $450 to $650.

A Retainer of ½ down is usually required, with the balance paid prior to the conclusion of the Case.

Drunk Driving:

First Offense Drunk Driving: $1400 to $1800.

Second Offense Drunk Driving: $2000 to $2600.

Third Offense (Felony) Drunk Driving: $3400 to $4800.

A Retainer of ½ down is usually required, with the balance paid prior to the conclusion of the Case.

Traffic Tickets:

Misdemeanor: $ 1200 to $2200

Civil Infraction: $450 to $600

Note: In Criminal, Drunk Driving or Traffic Ticket cases pending in Macomb County, the fees are usually toward the lower end of the ranges provided above.

License Restoration:

$2400 total, beginning with minimum of 1/3 ($800) down, and the balance paid prior to the Hearing date.
